The doctor’s office is located in the white building within the Simpson Center / Fidelity Real Estate complex.
From the parking lot you will find the office by entering through the Main Entrance with 2458 above the door.
The Integrative Chiropractic office is located past the reception desk.
Proceed beyond the reception desk and the office will be on the right.
From 1-91 Exit 13 (Norwich)
From I-91 Northbound: Take the Norwich Exit and turn left at the traffic light at the end of the ramp.
At the 1st stop light turn left onto Route 5 South.
Travel 1.5 Miles and turn right into the Simpson Center (also has a State Farm sign).
Park near the white building. (see directions above).
From I-91 Southbound:
Take the Norwich Exit (13) and go straight through the traffic light and continue to follow directions above.
